Sundays will remain closed until after Thanksgiving. And Close back down on Christmas. We are only going to be open for that Holiday Season During this time.

With these, we put in a lot of work, finding props and creating unique places or putting together a set. These will not remain up for a reschedule apt, if time doesn't permit. These will be paid in 50% and the remaining 50% will be paid at the time of session. These are non refundable, and may not be rescheduled if time doesn't permit .
More than 10 mins late to your Appointment there is a 25$ late fee
more than 15 mins late to your appointment you are subject to having to reschedule to a different time. Arriving late will affect other people's scheduled session times. We book appointments with appropriate time in between each session. We understand things do happen and we can shoot in the remaining time frame you have or reschedule for the same fee.
No Show No Call will result in having to book and pay in Advance with a non refundable retainer going forward.
Rescheduling can only happen one time on the same deposit. If you reschedule again you will have to pay the entire session up front to reschedule again.
If session deposits are not paid, the session will be cancelled in 24 hours.

All Events and weddings, will require a contract and a consultation. At the time of the consultation,All consultations will be on the phone , zoom or in person.
We will go over prices, how photos are captured, how you are responsible for your event guests. If you are not able to go over these things we will not move forward.
Event Photo booths do not come with an attendant, you will be solely responsible for everything, if your guests damage anything you are responsible for these things.
The Event photo booth comes with a contract and written agreement on how business is conducted.
Ashley Marie Photography will respond back within 24-48 hours to messages, unless posted that she is on vacation.
The booking fee (50 dollars) does go towards the shoot balance.
Booking fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else.

All sessions will have 15 edited final images in on online gallery where you can print from. That will Remain online for 90 days, after 90 days your session will be gone and will not be available again, AMP is not responsible for images after 90 days please download your images in a safe place.

Full payment is due at the end of your session that day we accept cash or electronic payments
if your choose to not use the lab connected to your session, we are not responsible for the quality of the prints. -
